This is the sequel to my ambient album SLOTH which I made in 2004, following the same concept of five evolving soundscapes, each 15 minutes in length, utilising drones, field recordings, loops and a wealth of sonic manipulation.

Dedicated to my daughter Lucy Louise who was born during the album's production, and whose voice and in-utero heartbeat can be heard on 'Headspace'.

Soundscapes assembled and mastered at Synapse Studio, Leicester between January and March 2015 from existing elements in my archive recorded over the last twenty years.

Environmental sounds on 'Headspace' recorded on location in and around Paxton, New South Wales, Australia, 2008.

Voice textures on 'Psyche' and 'After' heavily processed from vocal source material improvised by Victoria Bourne, recorded at her studio on 17th April 2009.

Cover artwork based around my digital image 'Simplify' from 2004.
